Job Description

Your Responsibilities:

– Organize service operations to ensure the bar, dining area, and kitchen work seamlessly as a unified team during your shift.

– Develop and enhance the team and service alongside the manager, participating in and conducting training sessions.

– Handle administrative tasks in collaboration with the manager.

– Oversee daily closing and manage cash register shifts.

– Participate in inventory management.

– Foster a welcoming atmosphere for every guest.

You are a good fit for us if:

– You have at least 2 years of experience as a manager.

– You are proficient in MS Office, POS systems like iiko, and restaurant management software.

– You have a passion for people and know how to create a warm, hospitable environment.

– You are eager to continuously learn, develop product knowledge, and share insights with your team.

– You are highly self-organized and can efficiently manage restaurant operations.

– You approach problem-solving with creativity, thinking outside the box, and independently resolving challenges.

– You have experience with delivery platforms (Careem, Talabat, Deliveroo).

– It will be a plus if you have experience in organizing catering and events.

– Proficiency in the Russian language is a priority.
