Receptionist/Customer Service Representative

 Job description

The candidate should have 2 main experiences:

  • Able to co-ordinate a customer center team /reception and help them to:
  • Increase the leads conversion rate
  • Improve their media engaging abilities
  • Persuade patients to convert the treatment plans prepared by doctors
  • Warm-welcome walk-in patients
  • Cross-sell treatments (derma, dental, laser)
  • Assist the marketing team
  • Converting more leads.
  • Arabic Speaker will be preferred.
  • Should be more flexible in handling both customer service and reception duties.
  • Should be friendly and helping nature.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1.00 – AED2.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Al Rigga: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

  • Diploma (Required)

Experience:

  • Polyclinic: 1 year (Required)

Language:

  • Arabic Speaker (Required)
