Job description
The candidate should have 2 main experiences:
- Able to co-ordinate a customer center team /reception and help them to:
- Increase the leads conversion rate
- Improve their media engaging abilities
- Persuade patients to convert the treatment plans prepared by doctors
- Warm-welcome walk-in patients
- Cross-sell treatments (derma, dental, laser)
- Assist the marketing team
- Converting more leads.
- Arabic Speaker will be preferred.
- Should be more flexible in handling both customer service and reception duties.
- Should be friendly and helping nature.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED1.00 – AED2.00 per month
