Role: Receptionist/Cashier

Division: Boating

Location: Al Majaz, Sharjah

Immediate joiners (preferably on visit visa)

Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers with a friendly and welcoming attitude upon arrival.
  • Process customer transactions efficiently using the point of sale (POS) system.
  • Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions accurately.
  • Provide information on kayak rental options, pricing, and available services.
  • Ensure that all financial transactions are recorded and balanced at the end of each shift.
  • Assist customers with booking and scheduling kayak rentals.
  • Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
  • Address customer concerns or complaints in a calm and professional manner.
  • Monitor inventory levels of rental equipment and report shortages to management.
  • Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations and customer satisfaction.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 per month
