We are looking for a friendly, organized, and reliable receptionist to join our team at Sui Dhaaga Ladies Tailoring. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play an essential role in providing a welcoming atmosphere, managing customer inquiries, and assisting with the day-to-day operations of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers and provide them with information about our services.
  • Handle incoming phone calls and emails professionally and efficiently.
  • Schedule appointments and manage the tailoring appointment calendar.
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
  • Assist with customer queries and resolve concerns in a timely manner.
  • Process payments and handle cash transactions.
  • Support the team with administrative tasks as needed.
  • Coordinate with the tailoring team to ensure smooth operations.
  • Promote and ensure a positive customer experience at all times.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a receptionist or in customer service is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Organized and able to multitask.
  • Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1,500.00 – AED2,000.00 per month
