We are looking for a friendly, organized, and reliable receptionist to join our team at Sui Dhaaga Ladies Tailoring. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play an essential role in providing a welcoming atmosphere, managing customer inquiries, and assisting with the day-to-day operations of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide them with information about our services.
- Handle incoming phone calls and emails professionally and efficiently.
- Schedule appointments and manage the tailoring appointment calendar.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
- Assist with customer queries and resolve concerns in a timely manner.
- Process payments and handle cash transactions.
- Support the team with administrative tasks as needed.
- Coordinate with the tailoring team to ensure smooth operations.
- Promote and ensure a positive customer experience at all times.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in customer service is a plus.
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Organized and able to multitask.
- Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED1,500.00 – AED2,000.00 per month
