Arcadia Global School Al Furjan is seeking to appoint an experienced Receptionist who can join us in July 2025. The ideal candidate should manage the day-to-day FOH administrative tasks and maintain open lines of communication to the parents to ensure their concerns handled effectively and in a timely manner.

Requirements
- Previous experience in a receptionist, ideally within an educational setting, is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong English speaker with exceptional skills, both verbal and written.

- Greet and assist visitors, parents, and students in a courteous and professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages as needed
- Assist Parents Relations Executive with student attendance.
- Liaison between school IT department and parents/students for ipads & parental access cards.
- Manage the school’s front desk, ensuring a welcoming and safe environment
- Support with administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and correspondence
- Coordinate with school staff to ensure smooth communication and visitor flow
- You must always demonstrate, model and advocate the AGS Values.
