What You’ll Be Doing:
- ✅ Greeting visitors with a warm smile (we love good vibes!)
- ✅ Answering calls and emails like a pro
- ✅ Managing office supplies (because a well-stocked coffee machine is a must!)
- ✅ Keeping things organized—schedules, documents, and the occasional birthday surprise
- ✅ Assisting the team with light admin work (we promise, no boring tasks!)
- ✅ Making sure the office feels like home!
What We’re Looking For:
- A people person—friendly, professional, and full of energy
- Strong communication skills (English is a must, Arabic is a plus!)
- Basic computer skills (emails, scheduling, Google Sheets, etc.)
- Previous experience as a receptionist or admin assistant is a plus, but not a must!
- A fast learner with a “can-do” attitude
