Job Description
- Implementation and Support Experience in Global Human Resources, UAE Payroll, Absence Management, Goal Management, Performance Management, ORC)
- Must have exposure in Page Customization using Sandbox & Redwood pages.
- Approval workflow management Through transaction console & BPM knowledge.
- Data migration using HDL, HSDL, HCM Extract
- Integration skills OIC integrations with VBCS and PCS.
- Develop and customize BIP and OTBI reports & Dashboard
- Upgrade and implementation experience
- Ability to work on all project phases: Project Preview, Fit/Gap Analysis, Configuration, Testing, Production Support
- Design the new field and pages as per the business requirements to support the automation within the department.
