Job description
Having Valid SIRA certificate
To act as a first point of contact and receptionist at the facility.
Maintain and operate all security system in the facility.
Maintain visitors logbook, key register and all other ledgers as assigned by the main service provider / client.
Provide surveillance to car park area and common area.
Performing duties so as to maintain safety and security in the facility, all the time.
Regularizing and restricting unauthorized cargo or material deliveries.
All kind of adhoc and regular reports both verbal and in prescribed format.
Notifying the local authorities in case of theft, fire, accident or any other abnormal incidents in the facility.
Keep control of visitors and tenants and preventing any unauthorized or illegal activities.
Control of all access doors, all the time.
Maintaining and implementation of local laws in regard to code of conduct, smoking etc.
Conduct periodic mock drills.
Practice evacuation plan in case of fire accidents or any other emergency.
Providing necessary support and assistance to the service providers, staff, tenants and visitors.
Operating all kinds of fire extinguishers including fire pump, hose reel etc. during fire.
Instant reporting of any unusual or emergency incidents in the facility to the main service provider.
Deactivating lifts, activating emergency lights etc. in case of fire or emergency.
Maintain instant communication with Dubai Police in case of any emergency or unusual situation
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED1,500.00 – AED1,800.00 per month
