Job Description
Job Title: Junior Wedding Planner
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
Key Responsibilities:
- Wedding Planning:
- Booking court weddings and organizing timely delivery of certificates.
- Liaising with embassies for legal paperwork and providing court assistance for couples.
- Communicating with suppliers to manage bookings, pricing updates, and presentations.
- Supporting the team during large weddings and ensuring smooth coordination.
- Archiving wedding photos and creating presentations.
- Additional Event Support:
- Planning other small events (e.g., bachelor(ette) parties, gender reveals, birthdays).
- Coordinating tours and related services for couples and guests.
- Documentation Management:
- Collecting and managing all required documents for weddings (photos, videos, marriage certificates).
- Updating records on Easy Wedding Google Drive and providing updates to the social media team.
