Job Description

Job Title: Junior Wedding Planner

Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

Key Responsibilities:

  • Wedding Planning:
  • Booking court weddings and organizing timely delivery of certificates.
  • Liaising with embassies for legal paperwork and providing court assistance for couples.
  • Communicating with suppliers to manage bookings, pricing updates, and presentations.
  • Supporting the team during large weddings and ensuring smooth coordination.
  • Archiving wedding photos and creating presentations.
  • Additional Event Support:
  • Planning other small events (e.g., bachelor(ette) parties, gender reveals, birthdays).
  • Coordinating tours and related services for couples and guests.
  • Documentation Management:
  • Collecting and managing all required documents for weddings (photos, videos, marriage certificates).
  • Updating records on Easy Wedding Google Drive and providing updates to the social media team.
