Define and drive the overall technology roadmap, aligning it with business objectives and growth goals.
Champion architectural decisions that ensure scalability, performance, and security platform.
Stay ahead of fintech trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to drive innovation. Engineering Execution
Oversee the full engineering lifecycle: architecture, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
Ensure agile development methodologies are effectively implemented, driving on-time and high-quality releases.
Optimize system performance, ensuring uptime, reliability, and scalability as the user base grows.
Lead efforts to streamline CI/CD pipelines and embrace hashtag#DevOps principles.
Team Development and Management
Foster a collaborative engineering culture that emphasizes innovation, accountability, and ownership.
Mentor engineering leaders, ensuring career development and skill enhancement.
Work with HR to source top-tier engineering talent.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Collaborate closely with Product, Risk, Compliance, and Operations teams to align technical priorities with business needs.

Technology and Security Compliance
Design systems that comply with data privacy, cybersecurity, and financial data integrity standards.
Partner with risk and compliance to develop processes for technical audits and reporting.

Drive platform enhancements to support organization’s growing ecosystem of financial partners, SMEs, and enterprise clients.
