Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Halal Certification Scheme Manager to oversee and enhance our Halal certification processes. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with Halal principles and international industry standards while providing leadership, fostering strong client relationships, and upholding the integrity of our certification programs.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the implementation of the Halal Certification Scheme, ensuring adherence to international standards and regulations.
- Develop and update Halal certification policies, procedures, and documentation to meet evolving requirements.
- Ensure compliance with ISO/IEC 17065 (requirements for product certification bodies) and ISO/IEC 17021 (requirements for management system certification bodies).
- Coordinate with auditors, inspectors, and clients to ensure smooth execution of certification activities.
- Conduct internal reviews to ensure the quality and consistency of certification processes.
- Represent the organization in meetings, conferences, and industry events related to Halal certification.
- Provide training and support to team members and clients on Halal standards and requirements.
