Front Office Receptionist

Job description

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome hotel guests and assign rooms; answer any queries or concerns.
  • Performing all check-in and check-out tasks.
  • Provide information about our hotel, available rooms, rates and amenities.
  • Manage online and phone reservations.
  • Inform customers about payment methods and verify their credit card data.
  • Liaise with our housekeeping staff to ensure all rooms are clean, tidy and fully-furnished to accommodate guests’ needs.
  • Upsell additional facilities and services, when appropriate.
  • Maintain updated records of bookings and payments.

Requirements:

  • Work experience as a Hotel Front Desk Agent, Receptionist or similar role.
  • Customer service attitude.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Locally available and is able to join immediately.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1,500.00 – AED1,800.00 per month
