Job Description

As a Senior Bid Reviewer within the IT pillar you will be responsible for:

  • Functioning as the leader of Bid Submissions in the Pillar Bid Team in liaison with the Pillar Bid Manager
  • Acting as the Industry Specific Specialist within the pillar providing knowledge, advice, and guidance to all members of the Bid Team
  • Reviewing the work produced by the Pillar Bid Reviewers and Bid Support Professionals to ensure that all content achieves 100% success.
  • Acting as the Third Point of review within the Bid Function
  • Accountable for the results of all Bid Submissions
  • Drafting and Creating Feedback within 48 Hours of Receipt of a Bid from a Customer
  • Intelligence Gathering in our Pre-Live Engagement with our customers
  • Maintaining the Bid Repository and Knowledgebase to ensure that our Bid Function is well informed and up to date with the latest procurement news, government standards, and accreditations
  • Creating advice and guidance documents for customers to aid in their understanding of specifications and requirements
  • Liaising with Account Executives to relay feedback to customers
  • Producing advice and guidance to our customers on tender documents, procurement law, and on specific products which the Bid Function will work on
  • Collating feedback from all stages of review to assist in the formulation of Quality Reports on Customer Bid Submissions
  • Working with a Bid Team with a clear structure consisting of: Account Executives, Bid Support Professionals, Bid Reviewers, Senior Bid Reviewers, Head of Account Management & Pillar Bid Manager
  • Providing expert insight for the Product Launch process to identify relevant companies
  • Managing the creation of documents for customers
