Job Title: Real Estate Administrative Assistant

Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Real Estate Administrative Assistant to support our team in various administrative tasks related to property transactions and client management. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a passion for real estate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Support: Serve as the first point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries and providing information about properties and services.
- Transaction Coordination: Assist in the preparation and processing of real estate documents, including contracts, listings, and agreements. Ensure all paperwork is complete and accurate.
- Database Management: Maintain and update the client and property databases. Ensure all records are organized and easily accessible.
- Scheduling: Coordinate appointments, property showings, and open houses. Manage calendars for real estate agents and team members.
- Marketing Support: Assist in creating marketing materials, including flyers, brochures, and online listings. Help manage social media accounts and online property listings.
- Research: Conduct market research and compile data on property trends, pricing, and neighborhood information.
- Office Management: Maintain office supplies and equipment. Assist with general office duties, such as answering phones, filing, and data entry.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in real estate or administrative support is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with real estate software (e.g., MLS, CRM systems).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
