  • Implement an accurate database that is aligned with Gym Management Software CRM and filing system to maintain records of all membership documents.
  • Train and audit front office team on new processes and all department checklist
  • Implement Front of office management policies, systems, processes and procedures for all business requirements while delivering a quality service to customers in line with the operational management strategy.
  • Develops and implements an ongoing process for problem-solving that includes maintaining a log of all member/general issues and ensuring effective communication and closure of issues
