Job Description

The Project Manager will oversee all techno-commercial aspects of assigned projects, ensuring efficient execution to achieve optimal profitability.

The primary responsibilities include managing project delivery within the approved budget, timeline and quality standards while maintaining scope control and minimizing deductions.

  • Perform contract readings and derives actions concerning risks, opportunities and contractual obligations.
  • Responsible for the invoicing and receiving the payment from the client in coordination with the commercial team.
  • Adept at analyzing the cost and time impact of owner and engineer comments during project execution, providing the senior management with clear reports to inform final decisions.
  • Manage the design, engineering, and quality of the works to be as per the contract and client’s satisfaction.
  • Comply with internal and international rules (INCOTERMS), fundamentals of supply chain, and the local standards and local laws of the country which directly affects the customer, suppliers and partners.
  • Oversee regular financial control and reporting to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards. 
  • Optimize project performance by effectively managing cash flow, resources, and overall financial health.
  • Prepare electrical systems specifications, technical drawings or topographical maps; ensuring compliance with standards, codes and customer requirements.
  • Identify and assess additional scope requirements, communicate their impacts to the customer, and implement necessary changes through change notices, red markup drawings, illustrations, presentations to ensure project continuity and alignment with objectives.
