Job Description:
- Oversee debtor accounts, ensure regular reconciliation, manage ageing reports, monitor AR ledger, and ensure timely credit collections.
- Manage relationships with collection agencies, credit reporting agencies, credit insurance providers, and the sales department. Resolve account queries and disputes.
- Ensure accurate billing for all accounts, monitor unallocated payments, review and apply credit policies across departments and verify paymaster accounts for compliance.
- Conduct audit trails for debtor accounts, ensure accurate documentation, monitor credit limits, review high balance reports and reconcile unpaid or short-paid accounts.
