IMMEDIATE START – SALON EXPERIENCE REQUIRED – SALARY + COMMISSION

Client Interaction

  • Greeting Clients: Welcome clients as they arrive, making them feel comfortable and ensuring they are taken care of.
  • Appointment Scheduling: Answer phone calls, emails, and messages to schedule, reschedule, or cancel appointments.
  • Managing the Waiting Area: Ensure the waiting area is clean, organized, and stocked with refreshments, magazines, or other amenities.
  • Client Check-In/Check-Out: Check clients in for their appointments and ensure a smooth check-out process, including payment and rebooking future appointments.
  • Booking Appointments: Use salon management software to book appointments, ensuring accuracy in the scheduling system.
  • Managing Schedules: Keep track of staff availability and appointments to prevent double bookings or scheduling conflicts.
  • Reminders and Follow-Ups: Send reminders to clients about upcoming appointments and follow up on missed or rescheduled appointments.
  • Data Entry: Maintain accurate records of clients’ personal information, preferences, and appointment history in the salon’s database.
  • Managing Payments: Process payments for services and products, ensuring that receipts are provided and transactions are accurately recorded.
  • Inventory Assistance: Help keep track of product inventory by recording sales of salon products and notifying the supervisor when stock is low.

5. Sales and Upselling

  • Product Sales: Promote and sell salon products to clients, providing recommendations based on their needs.
  • Service Promotion: Inform clients about special promotions, new services, or loyalty programs to encourage repeat business.

6. Communication with Staff

  • Coordinating with Technicians: Relay information between clients and salon staff, ensuring that appointments are ready and services are delivered on time.
  • Staff Schedules: Communicate with salon staff regarding their appointments and any client-specific needs or requests.
  • Issue Resolution: Notify the supervisor or relevant staff of any scheduling conflicts, client complaints, or technical issues.
  • Software Proficiency: Operate salon management software efficiently for bookings, cancellations, and payments.
  • Email and Social Media: Manage salon email or social media accounts for appointment scheduling, marketing, or client communication when required.

10. General Office Support

  • Filing and Record Keeping: Organize client forms, consent documents, and any necessary paperwork in an orderly fashion.
  • Handling Deliveries: Receive and sign for deliveries of salon products or supplies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED3,500.00 per month
