Role: F&B Waitress/Cashier

Job Description:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately. Serve food and beverages to customers, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
- Provide menu recommendations and answer any questions about food and drink options.
- Ensure that tables are set up and cleaned according to restaurant standards.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and resolve any issues or complaints promptly.
- Process customer payments, including cash, credit cards, and digital payments.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including the service station.
- Follow health and safety regulations, including food handling and sanitation procedures.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth service.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education or hospitality training is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask efficiently.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,000.00 per month
