What You’ll Be Doing:

  • ✅ Greeting visitors with a warm smile (we love good vibes!)
  • ✅ Answering calls and emails like a pro
  • ✅ Managing office supplies (because a well-stocked coffee machine is a must!)
  • ✅ Keeping things organized—schedules, documents, and the occasional birthday surprise
  • ✅ Assisting the team with light admin work (we promise, no boring tasks!)
  • ✅ Making sure the office feels like home!

What We’re Looking For:

  • A people person—friendly, professional, and full of energy
  • Strong communication skills (English is a must, Arabic is a plus!)
  • Basic computer skills (emails, scheduling, Google Sheets, etc.)
  • Previous experience as a receptionist or admin assistant is a plus, but not a must!
  • A fast learner with a “can-do” attitude
