We are seeking a dynamic and organized Secretary Cum Receptionist to join our thriving interior design firm in Dubai. This multifaceted role is pivotal in ensuring that the office runs smoothly while providing exceptional service to our clients and team members. Responsibilities: – Greet and welcome clients and visitors with professionalism and warmth. – Manage incoming calls and correspondence, directing inquiries to appropriate team members. – Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and conferences for the design team. – Maintain an organized reception area and office environment, ensuring that it is tidy and presentable at all times. – Assist in managing office supplies and inventory to ensure the team has everything they need to thrive. – Prepare and maintain documents, reports, and presentations as needed for the team and clients. – Support the team with administrative tasks, including data entry and project tracking. – Handle client inquiries and provide information about our services in a courteous manner.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role, preferably within the interior design or creative industry. – Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus. – Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively. – Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with office management software. – Friendly, professional demeanor with a customer-service oriented mindset. – Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately. – A keen interest in interior design and an understanding of the industry trends are advantageous.
