Role: Receptionist/Cashier
Division: Boating
Location: Al Majaz, Sharjah
Immediate joiners (preferably on visit visa)
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers with a friendly and welcoming attitude upon arrival.
- Process customer transactions efficiently using the point of sale (POS) system.
- Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions accurately.
- Provide information on kayak rental options, pricing, and available services.
- Ensure that all financial transactions are recorded and balanced at the end of each shift.
- Assist customers with booking and scheduling kayak rentals.
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
- Address customer concerns or complaints in a calm and professional manner.
- Monitor inventory levels of rental equipment and report shortages to management.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations and customer satisfaction.

Pay: AED3,000.00 per month
