Job description
We are seeking a vigilant and customer-focused Patrol Guard to join our team and ensure the safety, security, and well-being of our tenants and visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular and thorough patrols of tenant floors, stairwells, rooftops, technical rooms, and other designated areas using a structured patrolling checklist.
- Identify, record, and report any health, safety, or security risks during patrols.
- Assist tenants, contractors, and visitors as required, providing excellent customer service.
- Respond promptly to emergency situations, ensuring efficient and effective action as per response protocols.
- Perform inspections of fire exits, technical rooms, staircases, emergency lighting, and other safety-critical areas to ensure compliance and functionality.
- Report all security issues, incidents, and accidents to the Command Centre and Security Site Supervisor.
- Assist emergency services such as police, Civil Defense, ambulance, and others when necessary.
- Conduct visual inspections of Fire Alarm systems, elevators, and escalators to ensure proper functionality.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of technical rooms, staircases, and other areas.
- Assist with fire watch duties, lost and found procedures, and escort duties as required.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills with a professional and customer-oriented approach.
- Excellent grooming standards.
- Ability to follow detailed procedures and protocols.
- Previous experience in security or a related field
- Basic understanding of health and safety protocols is a plus.
Emergency Responsibilities:
- Guide tenants and visitors to the nearest fire exits and assembly points during evacuation.
- Assist fire wardens in clearing areas and ensuring safety during emergencies.
- Ensure proper use and closure of fire exit doors.

Pay: AED1,500.00 – AED2,300.00 per month
