Female Office Secretary

Job description

We are seeking a professional, well-organized, and efficient female Office Secretary to support the daily operations of our office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling administrative duties, managing communications, and assisting the team to ensure smooth workflow within the office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answering phone calls and directing them to appropriate departments.
  • Managing office correspondence, emails, and communication.
  • Scheduling meetings, appointments, and handling calendar management.
  • Organizing office supplies and ensuring the office is always stocked and organized.
  • Handling travel arrangements and accommodations for staff.
  • Preparing and proofreading documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Assisting with clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and organizing paperwork.
  • Managing incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Supporting other departments as needed.

Requirements:

  • Female candidates only.
  • Fluency in Arabic is required (both written and spoken).
  • Proven experience as an office secretary or in a similar administrative role.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • A proactive and positive attitude with excellent attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of office equipment and administrative processes.
  • A professional and friendly demeanor.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,750.00 – AED3,000.00 per month
