HR Assistant

Job description

Job Responsibilities

1. Assist in recruitment processes, including posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and follow-up tasks;

2. Handle onboarding, offboarding, probation, and job transfer procedures;

3. Support the organization and execution of employee training sessions, including preparing materials, notifying participants, and managing attendance;

4. Maintain and update employee records to ensure accuracy and timeliness;

5. Assist the company’s accountant and cashier in reviewing employees’ attendance, annual leave, and sick leave records;

6. Support company events and activities to enhance employee satisfaction and engagement;

7. Promote HR policies and provide routine guidance on company policies, assisting in handling employee relations;

8. Perform other HR-related duties as assigned by HR manager

Job Requirements

1. Possess a valid Dubai driver’s license;

2. Associate’s degree or above in Human Resources Management, Administration, or related fields;

3. At least 1 year of HR-related experience (exceptional fresh graduates may also be considered);

4. Familiarity with HR practices and modules, with experience in recruitment or employee relations preferred;

5. Proficiency in office software (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint) with strong data processing skills;

6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong sense of teamwork;

7. Detail-oriented, responsible, and capable of managing multiple tasks effectively;

8. Knowledge of national and regional labor laws and regulations, with the ability to interpret policies;

9. Strong adaptability and willingness to grow in a fast-paced environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED2,000.00 – AED2,500.00 per month
