Job Description
A dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead sales efforts in the UAE market. This role is responsible for driving business growth by targeting insurance companies, hospitals, government accounts, and corporate clients. Reporting to the COO and managing a Sales Executive, the Sales Manager will play a pivotal role in expanding our services, including homecare, chronic disease management, and corporate wellness solutions.
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets across the UAE. Identify and build strong relationships with key decision-makers in the healthcare sector, including insurance companies, hospitals, and government accounts. Promote and sell innovative services, such as chronic disease management, homecare solutions, and corporate wellness programs. Collaborate with the COO to create strategic plans that align with company objectives. Oversee the performance and development of the Sales Executive, ensuring alignment with team goals. Provide market insights and feedback to refine service offerings and identify new opportunities. Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and market analyses to senior management.
