About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated leader to join our Senior Leadership Team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving the school’s strategic direction, academic excellence, and operational effectiveness. This is an exciting opportunity for a senior leader with a proven track record of success to shape the future of our school.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Champion the school’s mission, vision, and core values, ensuring they are embedded in daily practices and decision-making processes.
- Strategic Planning: Oversee and update the school’s 3-year Strategic Improvement Plan (SIP) to ensure continuous progress and alignment with long-term goals.
- Performance Management: Monitor and enhance overall school performance, focusing on both academic outcomes and organizational effectiveness.
- Policy & Process Development: Lead the creation and implementation of policies, procedures, and systems to ensure the delivery of educational programs and the pursuit of academic excellence.
- Excellence in Education: Maintain high expectations for student achievement and organizational performance, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Collaborative Leadership: Share responsibility for improving teaching and learning school-wide, driving professional development and fostering collaboration among staff.
- Accreditation & Compliance: Lead initiatives to maintain and potentially achieve additional international accreditations.
- Supportive Environment: Cultivate a safe, respectful, and nurturing learning environment for both students and staff.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Address concerns from teachers, students, and parents in a culturally sensitive and non-confrontational manner, promoting positive outcomes.
- School Growth: Work closely with the Marketing and Admissions departments to meet school growth forecasts and achieve admissions targets.
