Job Description
Responsibilities
- Manages sales of geographical diverse accounts with the key objective to maintain, then grow in alignment to the sales/marketing plan.
- Utilizes the local account team to manage customer needs and solutions.
- Manages account portfolios – prepares and implements account plans.
- Leads and coordinates customer relationships.
- Develops and executes sales/marketing plan, delivering both value and volume.
- Collects and utilizes market intelligence to shape sales/marketing plan.
- Leads/conducts negotiations and implements price changes.
- Collaborates with other function(s) stakeholders to deliver improving CX result.
- Uses CRM, DSR, CMT, Smart Pricing.
- Delivers growth, including cross business opportunities.
- Understands the advantages and disadvantages of different business models as they relate to strategy.
