The HR and Admin Executive plays a crucial role in managing the human resources and administrative functions within a real estate recruitment agency.   6. Oversee payroll processing and ensure timely and accurate compensation for employees.
  7. Organize and manage employee engagement activities to promote a positive work environment.
  8. Support performance management processes, including appraisals and feedback sessions.
  9. Assist in the preparation of HR reports and metrics for management review.
  10. Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment of HR strategies with business goals.
