Role Type: Outsourced, Full Time, On-Site, Long Term

Contract Duration: One Year

Working Days: 06 days per week & 1 day off

Job Responsibilities:

· Responsible to maintain a high level of cleanliness and ensure smooth operation of allocated area & lead the team.

· Provide direction and feedback to staff during shifts.

· Schedule employee shifts and assign duties in the absence of Supervisor.

· Provide job training to housekeepers (Regular and ad-hoc) and coach new admissions.

· Able to conduct proper briefing whenever necessary.

· Ensuring proper hygiene and grooming standards are being followed on daily basis before briefing.

· Taking care of equipment/machines/tools and communicate the need for repairs or replacements to supervisors.

· Ensure health and safety standards are followed.

· Address customer and employee complaints tactfully and with patience.

· Resolve conflicts between staff and report to duty supervisor

· To be responsible in stocking and replenishing of guest supplies/cleaning supplies in the assigned areas.

· Assist Line Manager in the absence of supervisor with all housekeeping related activities.

· Provide assistance to the duty Supervisor to achieve the departmental objectives and guidelines.

· Ensure guest satisfaction with products and services and establish warm relationship.

· Ensure preventive maintenance cleaning schedules are carried out as per the signed contract.

· To conduct spot checks for occupied apartments ensuring the quality of cleanliness is well maintained.

· Gives suggestions /comments/ grievances to his/her supervisor.

· Update any incident, accident and co-ordinate with supervisors.

· Take over the responsibilities of Housekeeper/Supervisor in their absence as and when required.

· Prepare Trouble reports and Maintenance works as per operational requirements as part of service improvements.

· Daily allocation of restrooms and deep cleaning tasks to team members.

· Routine inspection of rest rooms to ensure they meet standards.

· Prepare the list for shortage of chemical & tools for daily operation and submit to duty supervisor to raise IR/PR.

· To Support H/K Admin as and when required
